Our team members are certified in training and coaching, they are highly qualified padel coaches in padel with more than 25 years of combined experience.

Each coach is charismatic and cares deeply about the wellbeing of each player, both physically and mentally. They are detail oriented when it comes to perfecting techniques and strategies of the game itself.

Our team is interested in one thing, your willingness and openness to learn. No matter what age you are, we welcome you on our courts. Building a great community begins with individuals who believe in the importance of learning and perfecting techniques. Our trusty team at Play Padel paves the way for athletes to thrive in.

Fawaz AlRefaie

Coach Fawaz AlRefaie is the first Kuwaiti Certified Padel Coach. He is a passionate and enthusiastic individual who does not shy away from pushing the limits of his capabilities. He has a vision of leading the Kuwaiti youth into a new era of athletes and pushing them towards greatness. With more than 600 different drills for padel fitness, techniques, strategy and endurance, he is full of energy and a force to be reckoned with.

Coach Fawaz AlRefaie is the first Kuwaiti Certified Padel Coach. He is a passionate and enthusiastic individual who does not shy away from pushing the limits of his capabilities. He has a vision of leading the Kuwaiti youth into a new era of athletes and pushing them towards greatness. He is 35 years old and started his padel journey back in 2000 and has more than 1000 hours of padel coaching certifications from:

1- Registro Profesional de Padel – As a Spain certified and International Certified Trainer and Professional.

2- M3 Padel Academy - Trains the world’s best players most of them reaching WPT finals and winning tournaments. Including Juan Lebron CARTRI - José Solano Academy.

Rubén Castro García

Rubén Castro García is a dynamic, cheerful and motivating person, everything you need in a coach. Born in Spain, he began playing padel in 2005 and is very passionate about sports and coaching. He has more than 7 years of experience under his sleeve as a padel coach. Rubén Castro García continues to train as a professional, continually updating padel courses and spreading his vision about this sport on his Instagram account.

Rubén Castro García is a dynamic, cheerful and motivating person, everything you need in a coach. He's very passionate about sports and coaching. He began playing padel in 2005, surrounded by professional level instructors like Adrian Caviglia (WPT coach), Hugo Cases (FMP and WPT coach), Juan Cruz Belluati (WPT player), Alvaro Garcia Calderon (former number 2 FMP Ranking) and Carlos Sarralde (FMP coach).

Coach Rubén has always been linked to the world of competition, achieving good results in the FMP Junior Competition and playing the FMP Absolute Circuit (2nd and 1st Category).

He has more than 7 years of experience under his sleeve as a padel coach (FMP coach 2019), starting in 2015 through private lessons and continuing in the Padel Academy of Dreamfit Alcorcon 2017 (Ciudad del Padel) (Academy of initiation, amateur and competition level). He is also an expert in technical-tactical analysis of padel, with courses such as: specialist of the analysis of the smash by the APO and padel sports manager by the APO.

He is currently in the final year of college with a double degree in:

- Physical Activity and Sports Science

- Primary Education with a major in Physical Education

Our Padel Family

Our padel family goes beyond the owners and the coaches. Our family branches out to our secretaries, janitors, cleaners and everyone else who makes playing padel possible every day.

We believe in working together, conversing, being open and connected. Being hands on with who we work with while also being the face of Play Padel.

We exude an air of efficiency and familial integrity. Everybody is welcomed, everybody is treated with respect and everybody is encouraged to come for another game again and again.
